Dig For Hoffa Called Offa

For two weeks the FBI dug up a Michigan horse farm looking for the remains of former Teamsters boss Jimmy Hoffa. During the search a horse barn was destroyed and has to be replaced. How much crime was going unchecked while 30 FBI personnel were tied up on a wild goose chase, one that began with a tip from a jailed felon? (Yeah, like why would an imprisoned criminal lie to the feds?) How much did that exercise in futility cost the taxpayers? And besides, after 30 years who cares where Hoffa is?
